Prana Hot Yoga
  • Prana means energy of life. It is the “energy” that enlivens the human being and all of nature, and is known as the “chi” or “ki” in Asia. The word “yoga” means union. The awareness of both energy and union in a yoga class helps to bring the body and mind to a place where it is possible to experience the subtle flow of energy through and around the body. Consistent practice of yoga will improve your habits, body, health, mind, breathing patterns, attitudes, outlook, and life.
  • Hot Yoga : Being a Vinyasa flow practice, expect your body to be in motion for most of this class.  The room temperature is set at between 95°F - 105°F, opening your skin pores, warming your muscles and cleansing your deeper layers - think of it as whole body detoxify from the inside out! It helps blood circulation as well as strength and flexibility while improving your immunity.
  • Meditation : Meditation is a great way to relax your body and mind. by deepening your meditation practice to include these parts of total energy, you can initiate improved focus and healing. Also you will learn energy flow and chakra systems.
Tai Chi
  • Tai chi is ancient form of meditative exercise which is easily recognized by its slow, captivation movements. The slow, rhythmic movements enable you to relax and to strengthen your body without fear of strain or injury. It is meditation in motion and with regular practice will help improve your concentration and focus your mind.

      Yoga Body Work / Healing Sessions

  • These energy-based one-on-one session are a remarkable way to soothe and heal your     body. In a session, instructor uses hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga like stretches. It is like doing yoga without any work. Muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure are also used during treatment. After the session, you would feel relaxed and energized. It will develop wisdom of how your body works most efficiently.
  • Those people who have very stiff body movement, blocked energy point and unbalanced body need this session.

      Flexible classes

         This class allows a person to choose the class schedules themselves.

         This class may be one- on-one or with a small group.
